Problem Identified

We are aware of the ongoing service degradation and recognize the impact on customers. Our Operations and Engineering teams have been actively working, including over the weekend, to address the issue.
As of this morning, we have identified a path forward and are progressing toward deploying a fix. We will continue to monitor closely as changes are introduced, and customers may begin to see improvements as the updates take effect.
